Is it possible to remove SSL (https://..) completely from web site. I know that Proxomitron decrypts - filters the content - and ecrypts again the page and passes to the browser.

But I wanted to know if it can "convert" SSL page to a normal one?

P.S. Yes, I know about security risks etc.

I tried using a Header filter to remove the https from a URL, but it went into an infinite loop. With this being said, I don't think it's possible to convert a SSL page to an unsecure page :(

The test link was:

The filter I wrote was:

[HTTP headers]
Out = TRUE
Key = "URL: De-SSL (Out) [Kye-U]"
Match = "https://\1"
Replace = "$JUMP(http://\1)"

I could be mistaken but it sounded to me like he wanted Proxo to download the HTTPS page and then serve it to the browser unencrypted.

If that's the case then URL commands may be helpful. From the Proxo help file:

Use to load a 'secure' https: web page without having the local page encrypted. Can be use to access secure pages from browsers that don't directly support https, or to avoid the normal https warning messages a browser may spit out. The actual remote connection is still encrypted, but Proxomitron sends the decrypted and filtered page to your browser. Note: requires SSLeay/OpenSSL .dll files to work.
